Accessibility

We welcome and affirm people of all abilities. We have taken the following steps to help ensure that no one is excluded from full participation in the life of our church.

Mobility

• Our main parking lot (adjacent to Lone Pine Road) has 12 accessible parking spaces, and all 10 spaces in our side parking lot (off Woodward Ave.) are accessible.
• Two of our building entrances have doors that are equipped with automatic door openers: the front entrance (far right door) and the internal door of our Sanctuary entrance (off the Woodward parking lot).
• Our Sanctuary, Social Hall, and classrooms/meeting spaces are accessible to those using wheelchairs or having limited mobility. Our Sanctuary is accessible via a gradual ramp from the lobby and our Green and Red Door classrooms, located off our outdoor courtyard, are also accessible via ramp.
• We have an elevator, located just outside the doors to our Sanctuary, providing access to and from the the building’s Lower Level.
• Our campus has 4 accessible restrooms:
  • Lobby (all-gender)
  • Pavilion (all-gender; just outside the Sanctuary)
  • Family Room (all-gender; adjacent to the Sanctuary)
  • Purple Door Room (all-gender)
• Seating in our Sanctuary includes designated spaces for wheelchairs and several chairs with arms.
• A wheelchair, walker, and crutches are available from our ushers.

Sight

Large-print hymnals and a braille hymnal are available from our ushers.

Our website has accessibility tools for low-vision users (click the white-and-blue person icon in the top-left corner of any page).

Hearing

Assistive listening devices are available from our ushers.

Closed captioning is enabled in the Zoom livestream of our worship services.
