Schedule a Meeting using BUC’s Zoom Account

BUC has a Zoom account available to congregants for committee meetings, fellowship meetings, and other group gatherings. This account can accommodate up to 300 participants, and there are no limits on meeting duration.

To check the availability of this account and schedule a meeting, click on one of the scheduling links below at least 3 days prior to your meeting. You’ll be directed to the Calendly tool, where you’ll choose a date and time for your meeting. If your selected time does not appear, the account is already booked during that time and you can either choose another available time or email Sara Constantakis to check availability of BUC’s second Zoom account.

When scheduling your meeting in Calendly, there will be an option to enter participants’ email addresses to invite them to the meeting. You can ignore this option–just enter your own email address. You will then receive a Google calendar invitation from zoom@bucmi.org.

Ignore ALL information in this calendar invitation. Do not use the Google Meet link or any of the phone numbers given.

You will receive a follow-up email from Sara Constantakis with the link to your Zoom meeting, the correct phone number for dialing into the meeting, and the Zoom credentials, which the host will use to start the meeting. You should send the Zoom link and phone number that Sara sends you to your meeting participants via email.
