Sundays are busy times at BUC! We’re an active congregation with lots of ways to get involved.
This is what a typical Sunday morning is like, but things may vary:
10:00 Greeters are at the front entrance and ready to say hello
10:20 The doors to our Sanctuary open for everyone to find a seat. Zoom opens for people joining worship online. The Nursery opens for ages 2-5.
10:30 Worship starts with a call-and-response style Call to Worship
10:45 Children and youth in Kindergarten-7th grade are dismissed from the worship service to their Religious Education classes. Children and youth are welcome to stay for the entire service, but might have more fun in class.
11:30 Worship ends and social hour begins
Virtual social hour begins on Zoom
RE classes are dismissed
12:00 1st and 3rd Sundays – 9th-12th grade youth group (GUUSH) meets
